When you use a form on this site we collect what you type in: usually your email address, and sometimes your name, organisation, role, sector, areas you cover and your message. We also record the time you sent it and whether you agreed to receive emails.
Why we use it
- To send the newsletters and alerts you asked for (lawful basis: your consent).
- To answer your question, set up your directory listing or respond to your enquiry (lawful basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you).
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your chosen sector and checklist ticks in your own browser only, so the site works the way you set it.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than we need it. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
Who sees it
Our team, and the companies that host this website and send our emails, who act on our instructions.
Your rights
